The puppies are wonderful! It was a magic event at the airport seeing them in the crate, wiggling, and then cuddling them in the near grass. Their personality is great - and they went to the Neighbor's Block party on Saturday for meeting new friends. Rosa is fearless - she goes up to the big dogs with her smiling face. And Max is funny - he loves to catch butterflies and jump around in the backyard. Your service was excellent - thank you for the beautiful puppies. I would refer to your shop for puppies anytime! Thanks, Gloria. We just love our little Molly, a maltese puppy we got from Prince and Princess last week. She is such a loving, playful little girl and her personality is something else. She is always happy. She gets along well with Riley and Abbie our Maltese/Chihuahuas. When she went to the vet. today for a check-up the doctor said that she had been well taken care of at your store. Her little nails were even trimmed. It was a long trip for Molly coming from Las Vegas to Rochester, N.Y. and I was very worried. When I spotted her carrier, there she was sitting patiently. She is everything you said and more. She even tolerates me putting her hair on the top of her head in a tiny pony tail and when she wrestles with Riley and Abbie and her pony tail gets crooked, she is even more adorable. I had a great pet buying experience with Prince and Princess. Not only did I get the cutest dog ever, I also recieved great customer service. They were able to answer all my questions and did great at accomodating my needs. They made buying a puppy as easy as possible. I bought a teacup papillon from them, and my puppy is healthy, happy and adorable. If I decide to get another puppy I will surley get one from Prince and Princess.

When we first visited Prince and Princess we liked the store and felt in love with the puppies already. The next day, we decided to go back and purchase Abibi, a shih tzu. Abibi was easily potty trained and we didn't have any behavioral problems. He's very cute, sociable and he's been the love of the family always. The store also have grooming services where we bring Abibi. They do a good job always when it comes to grooming.

We bought a brother and sister Shih Tzus and named them Desi and Lucy. We just love them. Gloria and Ray were so helpful in helping us to get them back to Texas. They were both very easy to house train and adjusted very quickly. We are so glad that we bought our puppies from Prince & Princess. Thanks again for everything!
